概述：産品(pin)先經預(yu)熱後，蒸汽直接(jie)噴入(ru)産品，使産(chan)品在瞬(shun)時被加(jia)熱到(dao)設定溫度(du)，經過一(yi)定(ding)時間(jian)的保(bao)溫(wen)後(hou)，通過(guo)真空(kong)分離器把産品瞬間降溫(wen)，并等量(liang)蒸(zheng)發掉(diao)因蒸(zheng)汽噴入增(zeng)加的(de)水分，最後(hou)産品(pin)在無菌條(tiao)件下冷(leng)卻(que)、灌裝(zhuang)。
PURPOSE:After the product is preheated, the steam is sprayed directly into the product, so that the product is heated to the set temperature instantaneously. After a certain time of heat preservation, the product is cooled instantaneously through a vacuum separator, and the water added by the steam is evaporated in equal mount.
